Senior Expo Sales Position

Lipton Media seeks a seasoned Sales and Sponsorship Manager for their prominent expo portfolio in the Netherlands.

The role involves developing and maintaining key client relationships, driving new business growth, and maximising revenue potential through strategic partnership development and innovative sales strategies.

A competitive salary package includes a base salary range of £60,000 - £90,000 plus uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the sales pipeline through targeted marketing efforts.
  3. Sell high-value sponsorship packages to major clients.
  4. Present compelling pitches to clients, leveraging persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  5. Represent Lipton Media at industry events, networking with key stakeholders to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, leveraging internal and external resources to maintain expertise as a market specialist.
  7. Employ consultative sales techniques to craft tailored solutions that meet clients' evolving needs.
Essential Skills
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B sponsorship sales, preferably from large-scale expos.
  2. Native or near-native fluency in Dutch.
  3. Excellent new business development and account management skills.
  4. Bachelor's degree or higher.
  5. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proven ability to achieve high revenue targets.
  7. Strategic thinking and consultative sales approach.
