Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our PIB Group office as a Finance Administrator.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the finance aspects of our business, including invoicing, reconciliation, credit control, and allocations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and apply cheques/BACS received to the correct accounts
- Manage and reconcile financial transactions
- Perform credit control and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in financial software and systems
