**Job Summary**

National Theatre Wales is seeking an experienced Co-Creation Producer to lead our community engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies, as well as building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a fixed-term, full-time position until 28 February 2025. As a key member of our Producing and Collaboration departments, you will work closely with our TEAM Panel to identify and pursue co-creation opportunities that bring people together and drive artistic innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with community groups, artists, and organisations in Cardiff to identify co-creation opportunities.
  • Work with our TEAM Panel to design and deliver co-creation projects that engage diverse audiences and promote artistic innovation.
  • Collaborate with our Producing department to ensure seamless execution of co-creation projects from concept to delivery.
  • Pursue creative engagement opportunities for participants of all ages around our productions.
  • Support the development of bespoke skills and professional training programs for our team members.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong understanding of community engagement principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.Experience in project management and coordination.Knowledge of the local arts scene in Cardiff.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
