SEN Classroom Support Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism (ASD)? We are seeking a compassionate and proactive SEN Classroom Support Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored support to students in their learning, development, and progress across all areas of the curriculum.
  • Assist students with personal and educational goals, particularly those with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs.
  • Promote an environment that values equality, diversity, and respect for all.
  • Play a proactive role in fostering a positive learning environment, supporting students in developing confidence and independence.
  • Participate in physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best outcomes for students, focusing on their transition into adult life.
