We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Specialist to join our team at ABR Talent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a range of marketing automation and insight tools, helping marketing professionals make informed decisions to optimise their performance marketing efforts. You will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a book of clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue.
  • Provide ultimate client satisfaction through high-touch customer management.
  • Drive retention and upsell by identifying commercial opportunities and delivering unbeatable service.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in B2B Client/Account Management, ideally with a marketing aligned SaaS solution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 plus bonus.
