Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Hotel Operations: Manage day-to-day hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and back-of-house teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and increase revenue, working closely with the hotel management team.
Requirements:
