About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Neighbourhood Management Lead. As a key member of our Housing Services team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive neighbourhood management service that ensures high levels of customer service, service delivery, and satisfaction are provided to our customers.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in neighbourhood management, with experience of leading and managing a team, as well as thorough knowledge of the concepts that underpin the neighbourhood management area of work, including housing and ASB legislation. You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational, time management, administrative, and prioritisation skills, as well as a commitment to the promotion of equality and diversity in service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading the development and implementation of policies and procedures, plans, and processes to ensure the effective provision of tenancy management services.
  2. Investigating complaints and ensuring that the services we provide are able to meet the needs and satisfaction of customers, whilst being able to demonstrate customer focus and cost effectiveness.
  3. Developing and leading initiatives that enable effective collaborative working partnerships with other internal teams and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for our customers and for us.
  4. Supporting the Housing Services Manager to ensure that we deliver services within the agreed budgets, and to help monitor budgets in accordance with our financial monitoring framework, standing orders, and financial regulations.
