About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lift Engineer to join our team in the North and Midlands area, with occasional travel to Scotland. As a Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators and lifts, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators and lifts, ensuring they are in good working order.
  • Work with a variety of schematic diagrams, drawings, and manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Be responsible for all third-party items involved in the project, including liaising with suppliers and contractors.
  • Be open to undertaking third-party training and site training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Develop strong problem-solving skills and be able to seek guidance and support when needed.
Requirements
  • NVQ3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in repairs, service, or installation of elevators and lifts.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Good health and safety knowledge and ability to work safely in a variety of environments.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing situations and environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
