About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Airport Operations Manager to join our team at North Air's new Heathrow Airport site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary procedures in accordance with Company policies and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with all requirements specified in relevant legal agreements between the company, partners, and authorities.
  • Regularly report to Regional Operations Manager on operations and contribute to strategic and operational plans for developing the business.
  • Provide timely advice on expansion or contraction of assets to continue to provide an efficient and secure fuelling operation.
  • Develop strong relationships with all potential customers at the airport to expand the business.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years operational experience in a management or supervisory role in Distribution, Aviation, or a related business.
  • Airfield experience.
  • HGV driving experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills.
  • A very high level of commercial awareness.
  • Experience in Management of Change.
