Head of Regulatory Compliance

The Head of Regulatory Compliance will play a pivotal role in shaping Ellison Institute's quality strategy and overseeing its execution across all business areas, including our clinic and laboratory. This leadership position involves managing regulatory compliance, developing quality management systems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with the Clinic Manager and Laboratory Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or a science-related field and at least 8-10 years of experience in quality management within relevant industries such as biotech, pharma, or sciences.
Average salary for this position in Oxford is around £80,000 - £110,000 per year, depending on experience.
