Key Responsibilities

  3. Health & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with regulations and safety standards.
  4. Team Management: Guide and support installation teams throughout project handovers.
  5. Coordination: Manage daily operations, site assessments, and material ordering.
  6. Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends and improve processes.
  7. Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service and address any technical queries.
  8. Growth Initiatives: Help expand ASHP services and enhance gas boiler efficiency.
  9. Technical Oversight: Oversee installation from start to finish, providing technical support.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in ASHP and gas boilers.
  • Proficient in project management software.
  • Experience managing installation teams with a focus on safety and quality.
