We are currently looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installation Expert to join our team at In Technology Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining air source heat pump systems to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have proven experience in installing and commissioning air source heat pump systems, as well as strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements. Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks are also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Installation: Carry out various aspects of installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of air source heat pump installs.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Carry out maintenance and repairs on installed air source heat pumps as required.
  • Customer Support and Handover: Provide customer support and interaction during installs. Provide customer handover which includes product demonstration and guidance on the usage and maintenance of the air source heat pump.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.
  • Back Office Systems: Have knowledge of back-office systems and processes, as well as the company features that are offered.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Award in Air Source Heat Pump Systems (non-refrigerant Circuits)
  • BPEC G3 Unvented Hot Water
  • Water Regulations (WRAS)
  • CSCS is desirable
