Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to lead our production and engineering team in delivering optimal performance and ensuring operational efficiency and quality of products.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and lead the production team to achieve production targets and maintain safety standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for team development and growth, and conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  3. Ensure operational efficiency and quality of products, and manage resources and workflow to meet production targets.
  4. Maintain safety standards in accordance with company and industry regulations.
Requirements
  1. A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  2. Experience in a leadership role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
  3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles.
  4. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
