Territory Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling our entire portfolio of orthopaedic products to NHS & Private Hospitals. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, enthusiastic, and has a proven track record in sales.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as business acumen and self-management skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. As a Territory Manager, you will be expected to meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a car allowance, pension matching up to 4%, private healthcare (optional), and an expense account.
