About the Role

As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will undergo our comprehensive 2-week residential training program to obtain your PCV license. Our dedicated training school in Bolton, Greater Manchester, provides a supportive environment for you to learn and grow. Upon successful completion of your training, you will become a full-time Bus Driver, operating services across Staffordshire and the East Midlands.

What We Offer

  • CPC training and continuous training to ensure you keep your hard-earned qualifications
  • Extensive route learning and vehicle familiarization before you go out in service for the first time
  • Company-specific training, including ticket machines, processes, systems, defensive driving techniques, customer care, policies, and procedures

Requirements

  • To be considered for the trainee driver program, applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a valid car driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Have already applied for and received your provisional category D license from the DVLA
  • Have a good understanding of the English language and the ability to communicate with passengers
