We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer in our busy Medical Ward at Lorn & Islands Hospital, Oban.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person with excellent communication and organizational skills to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the medical ward team
- Manage medical records and databases
- Develop and maintain effective communication systems
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good educational background
- At least two years of office experience
- Excellent keyboard skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
