Medical Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Clerical Officer to join our Medical Ward team at Lorn & Islands Hospital, Oban. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of our ward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to healthcare professionals, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reports and records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, upholding the values of NHS Scotland.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good educational background and at least two years of office experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
