Sales Leadership Opportunity

At Wood Mackenzie Limited, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in the Metals and Mining division. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and business plans in line with company expectations.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an Account Management role, and a proven track record of developing clients and establishing trusted advisor relationships. They will also possess excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global Metals and Mining Inside Sales team to retain and grow a large global portfolio of Metals and Mining accounts through delivering price uplifts on renewals (upsell) and winning new business deals with existing clients in the portfolio (cross-sell).
- Partner with the global Head of Inside Sales on the strategy for expanding and upskilling the team.
- Develop, regularly maintain, and own a sales plan for your team, identifying key growth markets, needle moving opportunities, and risks within your existing portfolio.
- Provide accurate team sales forecasts on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
