About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant at Charles Tyrwhitt, you will be part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about making it easy for men to dress well. You will work closely with Lewis and the Team to provide excellent customer service, maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards, and ensure accurate stock management. You will also be expected to perform tasks such as replenishment, processing deliveries, and maintaining store displays. If you have previous experience in retail, you will have an added advantage, but what we value most is your enthusiasm, drive, and motivation, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers' needs and offering tailored solutions

* Maintain high visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards consistently

* Perform tasks such as replenishment, processing deliveries, and maintaining store displays

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and KPI targets

* Ensure accurate stock management and resolve any discrepancies
