Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking mandated technical and physical inspections of Royal Engineer infrastructure equipment to verify adherence to engineering policy, standards, and safe systems of work. This will involve preparing and delivering all technical inspection reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and detailing risks and equipment serviceability to relevant Senior Management as required.

You will also provide units/organisations with clarity, direction, and/or guidance on any aspect of IER certification policy, making decisions within the limits of your competence, and ensuring that engineering currency is maintained with relevant examination standards and policies applicable to Royal Engineer infrastructure equipment.
