About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have practical experience implementing a UCD approach, including leading the development of processes and procedures that create an effective User Research function across the organisation.
  • They will be able to demonstrate their ability to adopt an evidence-based approach using quantitative and qualitative research outcomes to provide usable solutions addressing business needs.

This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days per week in our client's office in East Sussex. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in building a UCD culture, identifying skills gaps, and developing the knowledge and capability of others.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
