About the Role
We're seeking a skilled Transformation Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Public Sector Consulting Services & Transformation Solutions team, you'll be responsible for designing and communicating high-level solutions and architectures to guide the development of solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of architectures for complex systems, ensuring consistency with specified requirements agreed with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use logical models and tools to develop systems architectures in specific business or functional areas.
- Produce detailed component specifications and translate these into detailed designs for implementation.
- Provide technical advice on system development and integration, ensuring relevant strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied correctly.
- Ensure all Architecture documents for projects are reviewed and approved to the appropriate standard.
- Ensure all Architectures for involved projects are consistent in driving improvements in implementation, performance, and maintainability.
- Take responsibility for understanding domain requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis, and problem resolution.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend options, implementing if required. Collaborate with and facilitate stakeholder groups as part of formal or informal consultancy agreements.
- Seek to fully address client needs, enhancing the capabilities and effectiveness of personnel, by ensuring proposed solutions are properly understood and appropriately exploited.
- Role model and trusted technical advisor across multiple technology platforms and business areas with an awareness of other divisions.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Public Sector solutioning, with a preference for candidates with Local Government and NHS experience.
- Strong architect experience gained within the Public sector.
- Strong technical and non-technical communication skills, written and oral, internal and external, formal and informal.
- Strong ability to build relationships within departments and across divisions.
