About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our fitness and wellbeing services, including our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the fitness and wellbeing team to deliver high-quality services and achieve ambitious targets.
- Develop and implement fitness programming, including studio classes and personal training.
- Oversee the management of our swim school, nutritional therapy, and fitness studios.
- Continuously improve site standards and team performance.
- Drive, develop, and support your team to achieve their full potential.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a strong background in fitness and wellbeing management. You will have a proven track record of driving PT revenue, designing fitness programs for groups and individuals, and leading and managing teams to achieve high-quality results.
