Fitness Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for leading our fitness and wellbeing operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality fitness programs and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement.
- Oversee the management of our fitness studios, swim school, and nutritional therapy services.
- Design and deliver fitness programs for groups and individuals, including personal training and group classes.
- Continuously improve site standards and team performance to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner level.
- Experience: Proven track record of driving PT revenue and designing fitness programs for groups and individuals.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
