Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

We are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established multi-office law firm who are looking to attract an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their team.

About the Role

The role can be based in Leamington Spa or in Coventry. You will be fully supported in this role by experienced support staff and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity, help to buy and right to buy, and shared ownership.
  • Liaise with clients and keep them fully updated.
  • Liaise with third-party professionals, including estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, the Land Registry, and other side's solicitors.
Requirements
  • 3 years'+ experience of running your own residential conveyancing caseload.
  • A sound understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion.
