Key Responsibilities
  • Handle fragile packages and parcels with care, adhering to manual handling regulations and performing heavy lifting tasks.
  • Communicate with customers via phone to update them on delivery times and resolve any issues.
  • Take delivery of goods, sort, stack, and store them, as well as process pick orders for customer collection and delivery.
  • Accurately pick orders in a timely and orderly manner, checking and packing them for internal and external customers.
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements, wearing appropriate PPE and complying with established standards.
  • Undertake relevant training for the role and assist in other warehouse functions as needed, including driver duties.
