We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our TPS team. Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role involves managing an effective and efficient warehouse operation through the supervision of the warehouse team. The goal is to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest levels of stock integrity.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for setting performance targets for the Warehouse Operatives and Van Drivers, ensuring they meet individual KPI's and provide developmental or corrective support where necessary.
  • They will work closely with the TPS Centre Manager to motivate and recognise the team through appropriate rewards and bonuses.

In addition to managing the warehouse team, the Warehouse Manager will also be responsible for:

  1. Providing a high level of service to customers by ensuring adherence to correct warehouse processes and procedures.
  2. Maintaining accurate stock inventory and conducting daily perpetual inventory checks.
  3. Ensuring all returns are processed in accordance with current TPS process manual guidelines.
  4. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times, particularly Manual Handling practices.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, have experience in warehouse management, and be able to communicate effectively with the team and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager at TPS, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing warehouse operations to ensure efficient stock management and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinating with the Sales Team to resolve customer delivery anomalies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and ensuring shelf-to-system accuracy.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team motivation, we offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that promotes growth and development.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
