Driver Educator and Trainer

About the Opportunity: Are you a motivated individual with a passion for teaching others? Do you have experience in driver training and a HGV license? If so, we encourage you to apply for our Driver Educator and Trainer position at Arla Foods' Four Crosses Depot.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing drivers.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with EU drivers' hours and FTA regulations.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in driver training and education.
- HGV license and excellent driving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
">- A competitive salary of €52,000 - €62,000 per annum.
- 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
