Hgv Instructor Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated Hgv Instructor Specialist to join our team at Arla Foods' Four Crosses Depot. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality driver training programs to our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing drivers.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure compliance with EU drivers' hours and FTA regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and driver performance.
• Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance driver skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in driver training and education.
• HGV license and excellent driving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
