We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our team at Kiakia Finance Limited.

About the Position

This is a key role that requires a highly skilled professional to drive business growth and expansion in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our market share and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners and clients.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
  • Strong network in Lagos, Nigeria.
Compensation

The compensation package includes a base salary of approximately N25,000,000 - N30,000,000 per annum, plus performance bonuses.
