Our Centre of Wellbeing

We offer visually impaired veterans holidays, training and rehabilitation services. Our team is dedicated to ensuring all guests receive an excellent customer service experience, supporting the smooth, safe and efficient running of our Centre.

The Role

We are seeking a Hospitality Team Member to join our team on a Bank contract, working on a rolling roster to cover absence requests of colleagues. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, handle administration tasks, and respond to calls in a timely manner.

  • Handle financial transactions, maintaining accurate invoices and collecting payments.
  • Occasionally provide cover for Night Team colleagues, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Monitor guest feedback, using it to improve our services.
  • Ensure efficient deliveries and mail distribution systems.
  • Assist members with room and centre orientation, ensuring a warm welcome.
About You

To be considered as a Hospitality Team Member, you must possess:

  • Excellent customer care skills.
  • An outstanding telephone manner.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes, database systems and intranet.
  • GCSEs in English Language and Mathematics (Grade 4 / C).
