Senior Support Practitioner

Service Care Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Practitioner to join our team in a 4-bed Children's Home in Wellingborough.
Main Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Children's Home, ensuring compliance with legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people.
- Liaise with external agencies to provide young people with appropriate plans, programs, and support to aid their rehabilitation into the community.
- Coach and develop staff to maximize their performance and ensure high standards of care, values, and policies are met.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage budgets to meet financial parameters.
- Implement changes in legislation relating to occupancy to ensure enhanced requirements are met.
- A professional social work qualification, QCF level 3 or working towards.
- 1 year's residential care experience.
- Full driving license.
- Enhanced DBS.
- A specialist consultant within an experienced and dedicated recruitment team.
- Excellent rates of pay.
- Payroll services twice a week.
Service Care Solutions offers a £250 referral bonus for successful referrals.
