Senior Support Practitioner

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Senior Support Practitioner to lead the day-to-day operations of a 4-bed Children's Home in Wellingborough. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the home meets all legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the residential home, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Liaise with other departments and external agencies to provide young people with appropriate plans and support.
- Coach and develop staff to maximize their performance and ensure high standards of care.
- Assist in budget preparation and manage budgets to meet financial parameters.
- Implement changes in legislation related to occupancy.
Requirements:
- A professional social work qualification, QCF level 3 or working towards.
- 1 year's residential care experience.
- Full driving license.
- Enhanced DBS.
