Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service. You will work closely with the Restaurant Management team to ensure that all operational standards are met, and that our guests have a great experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff members to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Management team to ensure that all operational standards are met
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ensure that all food safety and health and hygiene standards are met
  • Manage stock levels and availability
  • Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable
  • Understand weekly sales information
  • Guest first in everything we do

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food industry
  • Ability to lead a team and motivate staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
