Front of House Team Member

Job Type: Full Time & Part Time Roles Available

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm welcome to all guests.
  • Process orders and deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy front-of-house area, including the reception and dining areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Upsell and promote additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process sales and provide guests with receipts and change.
  • Answer the telephone and deal with guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
