Role Overview: As a Senior Pharmacy Management Role, you will be responsible for managing our pharmacy in Greatstone, New Romney, and leading a team of staff. You will provide a wide range of services, including NHS services, weight management, vaccination services, and Pharmacy first.

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
This role involves managing our pharmacy in Greatstone, providing NHS services, weight management, vaccination services, and Pharmacy first. You will be responsible for dispensing community blisters, managing stock, and supervising a team of pharmacy assistants and technicians. You will also contribute to the development of our pharmacy services and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

This role offers a competitive salary, location premium (up to £4,000), relocation support (up to £8,000), and a Welcome to Well bonus (£5,000 net payment). Working Arrangements:
You will be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits. We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies, including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing. You will also benefit from mental health and wellbeing initiatives, including training for field managers.
