About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Blackwood House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues.
