About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Blackwood House. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support residents with their leisure and social activities, promoting independence and engagement
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of kindness and respect

Requirements

  • A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
