Global Consumer Insights Associate Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Edgewell Personal Care, a global leader in the consumer goods sector, as a Global Consumer Insights Associate Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research to support the EU Regional Marketing Team.

You will work closely with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to drive the development of new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation within the EU across Sun Care, Shave and Grooming segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead qualitative and quantitative consumer research to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with EU Innovation and Marketing business partners to drive new product innovation and in-market strategy & activation
  • Develop and implement research studies to gather insights on consumer behavior and preferences
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to inform business strategies and decisions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure research findings are integrated into business strategies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in consumer insights research, preferably in the consumer goods/FMCG sector or with an agency
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret a range of syndicated data
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skills
  • Ability to implement/execute initiatives with fiscal responsibility
  • Passionate about connecting with and understanding consumers
