About the Role

The RNLI Careers team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Station Technician to join our team at Amble Lifeboat Station. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the lifeboat in perfect operational order, ensuring it is ready for launch at a moment's notice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair the lifeboat and its associated equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the lifeboat is in good working order
  • Collaborate with other crew members to ensure the smooth operation of the lifeboat station
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £28,334 - £40,298 (dependent on skills and experience)
  • 26 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Requirements
  • NVQ L4/SVQ L5 in an engineering discipline
