  • Purchasing invoice processing and approval procedures.
  • Preparing AP Ageing reports and payment proposals.
  • Maintaining accurate vendor information.
  • Handling bank postings and reconciliations.
  • Managing vendor and customer accounts.
  • Confirming/reconciling supplier statements.
  • Reconciling company credit cards and employee expenses.
  • Closing month-end activities: preparing SOA for customers.
  • Providing critical financial data to Tax Consultants.
  • Communicating effectively with management to drive improvements.

A competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per year, considering London's market rates, is anticipated for this role.
