We're seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care to join our team. With over 140 branches across England and Wales, we've established ourselves as a leader in the UK adult care sector.

Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to manage your own Domiciliary Care business while benefiting from the support of a well-respected brand. As a Registered Care Manager, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions that prioritize the well-being of our customers and carers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality care delivery.
  • Maintain CQC/CIW registration for the branch and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and contribute to commercial growth.
  • Implement policies and procedures effectively within the branch.
  • Support staff and carers with training and development.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a Level 5 NVQ in Management in Care or be willing to work towards achieving it. Additionally, you should have knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience working in management-level positions within the care sector. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • 23 days annual leave, rising to 25 after 2 years of service
