We require Female Support Workers to work in Tonbridge, supporting adults with Downs Syndrome and Autism to lead an active lifestyle. The service has excellent public transport links to the town centre and train station (approximately 15 minutes by bus). Local amenities, such as shops, chemist, and post office, are easily accessible, along with a nearby park.

No two days are the same, but your day might include:

  • Engaging individuals in daily activities, utilizing community resources and beyond.
  • Supporting social interactions, connecting with family and friends.
  • Assisting with financial management.
  • Maintaining a clean and fresh living environment, including shopping.
  • Providing personal care and encouraging independence.

Experience in social care is not necessary; we offer comprehensive training programs at no cost to you, including the Health and Social Care Diploma, which will support your career advancement.
