Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Sales Manager in the French market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Manager in preparing quotes, tenders, and invoices
  • Keep Salesforce updated and input new information
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Experience working in France or servicing clients in France
  • Salesforce experience or another cloud-based software is desirable
  • Some administrative experience in an office environment is desirable but graduates will also be considered
