Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Sales Manager in the French market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in preparing quotes, tenders, and invoices
- Keep Salesforce updated and input new information
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and email to clients
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English and French
- Experience working in France or servicing clients in France
- Salesforce experience or another cloud-based software is desirable
- Some administrative experience in an office environment is desirable but graduates will also be considered
