Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Administration Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administration Assistant to join our team at Euro London Appointments. As a Sales Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Manager and working with the French market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of quotes, tenders, invoices, and other sales-related documents
  • Keeping Salesforce updated and inputting new information
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and email to clients (B2B)
  • Supporting a Sales Manager and working with the French market
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Experience working in France or servicing clients in France
  • Salesforce experience or another cloud-based software is desirable
  • Some administrative experience in an office environment is desirable, but graduates will also be considered
  • Dynamic personality and comfortable working within a busy sales environment
