Your Key Responsibilities:- Partner with the electronic monitor tagging team to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
- Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch customer service
- Support individuals under electronic monitoring to ensure their needs are met
- No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the necessary training
- BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
- DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Working Pattern: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Working Hours: The shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Core hour schedules are from 9am to 2am, including weekend working. Shifts are issued in line with the needs of the business.
- Training: 1 day online training and induction
