Job Title: HGV Technician

Exciting Opportunity at Transportconnect Limited

We are seeking a skilled HGV Technician to join our team at Transportconnect Limited. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the roadworthiness of our fleet of heavy goods vehicles.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with experience working on heavy goods vehicles. You will be required to perform routine maintenance tasks, as well as diagnose and repair faults in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair faults in heavy goods vehicles, using a range of diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance department
  • Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety

Requirements:

  • Strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair
  • Experience working on heavy goods vehicles
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
