Inspector - Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at BMR Solutions Ltd. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our precision engineering products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs), In-Process Inspections, Goods Inwards Inspections, and Final Inspections to customer specifications and drawings.
  • Prepare and conduct FAIs to AS9102 standards.
  • Support all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance with AS9100, company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously improve business processes by supporting the company's Kaizen process.
  • Ensure correct authorities (training and skills) are in place to carry out the role under the regulations of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements:

  • Experience in FAIR creation/completion to AS9102.
  • Familiarity with the use/programming of relevant equipment, CMMs, Faro Arms, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing business environment.
  • Collaborative and able to work as part of a team and individually when required.
