**The Ideal Candidate**

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent for Children or Adults and experience working with Younger Adults aged 16 - 25 years old.

The successful candidate will have ideal experience within an Educational Special Needs setting and experience managing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting teaching staff in delivering educational programs.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for young people.
  • Assisting young people in achieving their goals and targets.
  • Encouraging positive behavior and responding to individual needs.
  • Documenting accidents, incidents, and health & safety issues.
