SEN Teaching Assistant for Children and Adults

**The Ideal Candidate**
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent for Children or Adults and experience working with Younger Adults aged 16 - 25 years old.
The successful candidate will have ideal experience within an Educational Special Needs setting and experience managing challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching staff in delivering educational programs.
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for young people.
- Assisting young people in achieving their goals and targets.
- Encouraging positive behavior and responding to individual needs.
- Documenting accidents, incidents, and health & safety issues.
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £21,000 - £22,900 per annum.
- 40 hours per week, Term Time only.
