About the Role

This SEN Teaching Assistant position is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, making a real difference in the lives of our students.

You will be responsible for supporting the academic and personal development of our young adults, who require additional support due to social, emotional, and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver additional support and explanations.
  • Maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding.
  • Assisting students in setting and achieving their Education and Healthcare plan targets.
  • Promoting positive behavior and responding to individual needs.
  • Accurately documenting accidents, incidents, or health & safety issues.
